The New York Times

We were commissioned by art director Alexandra Zsigmond of the New York Times to create illustrations for the Sunday column of Nicholas Kristof. Both columns address the lack of understanding from liberal scholars. The first illustration expresses the lack of representation of conservatives in universities. After a deluge of comments from his readers, Kristof followed up with a second op-ed piece to suggest improving ideological diversity and be more inclusive of conservative thinking to tackle our own liberal blind spot.

Both illustrations were turned into animated GIFs and are the first animations in the opinion section.
